Dating During “The Panic Years”

I recently reviewed the book The Panic Years – A Guide to Surviving Smug Married Friends, Bad Taffeta, and Life on the Wrong Side of 25 Without a Ring, by Doree Lewak. Back in my twenties, I can relate to always being the bridesmaid and never the bride.  Of course, my panic lasted until I found myself in my mid-thirties and realized that a man wasn’t what I needed — I needed to love myself. Although, my man was worth the wait and I wouldn’t have appreciated him at 25.  I believe the married ones are on the "wrong side" if they are under 25 – there’s so much more to life!

Check it out at www.thepanicyears.comThe_panic_years_10 – written in a funny, warm-hearted style, you’ll enjoy it and maybe even embrace your singleness.  If you are older, you may not connect with all the advice as it is geared toward younger women.  It is still a fun read with some great advice for singles of all ages.
