Weight Loss Hypnosis
Since food is a part of your everyday activity and the behaviors may have been established at birth, I require at least three sessions just to get started my weight loss program.
Depending on the amount of weight you would like to lose and your discipline to stick to the program, you may want to consider the 6 or 9 session packages.
I will provide self-hypnosis programs to use at home to help you stay on your regimen. My philosophy is that dieting is not the answer. I believe lifetime behavioral changes will keep the weight off forever. Most of my weight loss clients experience immediately shifts in behavior after the first session.
What success will you have? Those who put 100% into this work will see results. I give 110% and the client is the other side of that equation. Your commitment to listen to the CD programs (every day) and be conscious of your choices will increase your success. Hypnosis is not magic, but a unique tool to change eating behaviors. We work through the same blocks that you had previously with other weight loss programs. I am commited to help you identify where you stop and get you back on track so that you can create the body your love!
This is different from any other weight loss program because you will not only have the opportunity to lose your weight, you will increase self-esteem, improve personal relationships and resolve many other core issues. Many of my clients tell me that my program had changed their life.
